Founded the early 1990s, Southtowns Fitness Center, previously known as Fitness Factory, and Gold's Gym, has been a pillar in the Hamburg community for more than 25 years. As one of the last remaining family-owned, full-service facilities in the area, SFC has discovered the recipe for success: focusing on our members. Over the years, we have made a name for ourselves offering total health and wellness services, including personal training, physical therapy, rehabilitation, nutrition coaching, and athletic development programs.
